... So, what is the difference between C630 and C636?
Bigger intercooler is the most obvious, Hi-Ad trucks on most if not all, although (...IIRC...) a few late C630s may have had Hi-Ads as well. Also bigger radiator with an additional hump ahead of the radiator.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ALCO_Century_636EDIT: I have conflicting information which could stand correction - the Liljestrand book, "ALCO Reference #1" declares all 630s had tri-mounts and all 636s had Hi-Ads.

Just to clarify, I think the prototypical road names would be:1) Alco Demonstrator 2) Cartier Mining3) Illinois Central4) Penn Central5) Conrail6) SP&S7) BN Hamersley Iron9) Mount Newman Mining10) New York & Western Pennsylvania11) Delaware Lackawanna
CN and CP too, if you throw in Dofasco trucks.
I'll take one, nice to see some more Alcos, would like to see a C425 in N also.
