NS Safety Train locomotive

So how long before we get a NS Safety Train locomotive in n scale?  I mean they already have it in HO sooooo lets get it on!

I mean we have the box cars now and one tanker (could use more in the safety train series) but no motive power yet!

I would say Atlas is waiting for a shop to commission it as a special run.. or waiting for the next release of GP38-2s

NS 5642 is an ex-PC/CR GP38 that was rebuilt into a GP38-2

Why?  The box cars and tankers weren't commission.
