Can anyone confirm that the 52020 Micro Trains Railway Express Agency 52' 2" Riveted Steel Plug Door Reefer trucks are the 003 02 093 (1144) trucks? Nathaniel you in advance.

Mine has those trucks, but as a caveat, I bought it second hand. Here is a link to photo from a dealer-

Which is to say it has BX express trucks with couplers (1144). 

I also have several other express reefer paint variations of the same carbody (ACL, older REA paint, SF) with the same trucks.  I think they also put it out in SF freight colors, not sure about trucks on that.

Thanks!  It say medium shank but I haven't found short or long. I bought one of these on the internet and it arrived with broken couplers and missing axles. Cheaper to replace them than return it.

There is no short or long for these. Just medium, or no coupler at all.
