1970s, in a nutshell.  Not so much on the paint schemes but because they are drop frame 40 footers.   A few would have appeared in the late 60s, and a few would have been hanging on 'til the mid 80s. 

EDIT:  Upon further review, I'd say the paint schemes in this announcement probably skew much more towards the 60s than the 80s, with the exception of Clipper as evidenced by the photo links below.

I wouldn't think that many 40-footers made it past the transition to 45s because they were drop-frame. Problem with the drop-frame design is it doesn't age well. Welds at the drop tend to weaken and break. Buddy who owns a trucking company dragged me along on a couple of used trailer shopping sprees, and showed me what to look for. We (he) came away empty-handed both times.
