Small Oil Loading Platform

I need a small oil loading platform plan, I have railings, steps and styrene to scratch, but need
a plan or shots of some you've built? I've GOOGLED and there are a few, 8th Sub in HO uses
a cut down Walthers one. Alexander Scale has a few pics in HO. It doesn't have to be ornate. I need
piping ideas too. I have straight pipe, no elbows, no sprues either that are curved.

I got one of these, very nice, Bob Knight is probably still MIA but there are a few dealers out there that just might have one squirreled away:

You will have more fun scratching one.

I know you said "small" rack but here are two images of one I made 10 years ago for NTrak module. The refinery now resides on the Southern New Mexico N Scalers layout in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Looks like you figured it out.

For a modern unloading platform http://glxscalemodels.com/craftsman-structure-kits/.  It's HO.  I built the kit use it as an inspiration for my n scale version.

Shapeways has one for you. https://www.shapeways.com/product/UK52JGA6E/tank-car-unloading-platform?optionId=56331683  That is a protective for shipping I guess?
