I just hope they don't do another 5161 cu-ft covered hopper.

Um, giclee is a print, not a painting.  There probably is an original painting, but a giclee is a copy.

So that's 5 or 6 N scale freight cars in 2017 and a locomotive.  That's on top of what ST already announced.

I know I'm cynical from talking to manufacturers, but my take a way from the video is two new containers and maybe the freight car that was supposed to already be out.

Too modern for me I'm assuming, whether 1956 New Haven or 1980 Conrail.

Interesting to see what comes out, but given what I seen in the HO SD40-2 announcement, I'm not going to hold my breath.  Have to jump to rivet counter to get correct details, for example headlight placement or ditch lights.  IM will have ditch lights included or not, given the timeframe and roadname, high hood, low hood, or snoot nose, and from looking at pre-production photos, it looks like some will have high or low headlights.  And as seen so far, all models will be priced the same, just changing for DC/DCC/Sound variations.

Okay people, he said a locomotive that had never been produced in N scale, neither in brass or plastic.   Please speculate. 

Has GP40X, SDP45 or GP40P been done in brass?   

(I just hope it's either something I don't want or it doesn't ship 'til 2018 because I just did a budget for this year and we want to buy a house.   )

U50C. I may have planted the seed at the St. Louis RPM, suggesting that they already have the mechanisms and trucks with the turbines, so take the next logical step.

Seems like a logical guess would be a freight car to carry the containers, and some modern engine (that hasn't been produced yet by anyone else).  I don't see anything so far in their HO line that would interest me if they produced it in N (my layout will be set in the mid 1950s), so I guess I will just hope that some of you get your dream loco or dream freight car, and for myself, that MT finally gets that single window coach figured out, or BLI decides to produce some ATSF steam in N scale.

Now that's something I could support, having YorkRail represented on my layout.  I'm sure @Ed Kapuscinski would contribute to as well
