I haven't seen any discussion about this, but perhaps I just missed it, so my apologies if I'm repeating here. Soundtraxx evidently released a Tsunami 2 decoder with new sounds.

Among those is a PRR 3-chime! http://www.soundtraxx.com/dsd/tsunami2/playsound.php?s=s41.12

I have them in 3 locos so far . The sound is really nice ,I liked the Eco decoders , but these are much better . Having the reverb really makes a difference . I had the Paragon 2 decoders replaced in my M1's professionaly with these decoders and I have to say the Pennsy whistle is quite nice !
