:D     I just received my E Mail confirmation from Pete at BLW my Precision Craft er a Broadway Limited Pennsylvania M1a with DCC Sound is on it's way to me, Whoo whoo! I never thought I would live to see the day. My cost with discounting $271.42.   This compares to the $205.44  I just spent at Klein's for four Bachmann Trailer/coach cars at $47.99, 4 different roads ordered, I know a "Rip Off" not from MB Klein's but from Bachmann, but I really wanted these cars don't ask me why.                                            Nate Goodman (Nato). :D  :D

The hard part is to figure out what your future grandson might want when he is 18 .

Gotta give BLI some credit for this. Considering Precision Craft made the original announcement.

If I understand it correctly PCM was a special BLI line, so it was always part of BLI.  But I think PCM ran into some problems, not the least of which was this project.  For a while they were calling it BLI/PCM.

But yes, as upset as I was back in the day I have respect for BLI for sticking this out and finally making this when it would have been too easy to cite engineering or design problems the way Bachmann had to with their Russian Decapod.

EDIT:  I shared my appreciation and apologies for lack of patience on their Facebook page.  Manufacturers deserve good feedback as well as bad when each is earned.  If nothing else I give props to have kept this going instead of letting it fade into oblivion.

four Bachmann Trailer/coach cars I really wanted these cars don't ask me why.

...........because B-mann is the only manufacturer that sells a four wheel truck "standard" passenger car in N scale?

.............now, if only someone would sell a single window "standard" coach in N scale, both four and six wheel.................

For my purposes, paired windows a re fine for B&O and PRR, but P&LE/NYCS and WM had single windows.

Don't know where MT stands right now in regards to their single windowed coach.  It was reported that they were having problems with them ejecting from the molds correctly but it has been a while since this was discussed.  Shipsure seems to be MIA of late on any thread discussing MT passenger cars... not sure what that is about.  Just wish some progress could finally be made in this regard.

They look beautiful!  Middle two driver sets are blind, with a TT on the rear set. Most boiler piping is cast on, but looks decent.  Hand rails and some piping are free standing. Rear markers and Trainphone antenna are gorgeous.  I need to do some track cleanup before running them on the layout, but am busy right now...
Cheers,
