1970s ford truck

I'm looking to get a 1970s ford truck. I'm thinking of making it a Canadian national work truck to go with my CN track speeder. But I can't find and pictures any help would be nice. Also since I'm in eastern Pa, Lehigh valley, Reading, Cnj, or if I go with late 70s conrail.
