Even if it's not your road or time frame, there are a lots of great weathering reference shots including many higher angle views.

Very nice.  Some good high-ish angles that can be hard to come by for us modellers.

Ah, a great Polish surname!  Probably unpronounceable (or a serious tongue-twister) for English-speaking folks.  :D

Now there's a shiny car:

Never heard of the road - anyone make decals for it?

Since it's missing ALL of its required markings, I'd say that's probably not an interchange car.

That's the Bay Coast Railroad, which took over the Eastern Shore Railroad in 2006.  It runs from Pocomoke City, Maryland to Cape Charles, Virginia.  The BCR used to run the car float to Norfolk, but I don't think that has run for a couple of years.  I think that the paint scheme looks classy on this GP15-1.  Not bad for a short line:

Those boxcars are probably used for storage, considering the lack of markings.  Here they are with some of the rest of the rolling stock:

Interestingly, the BCR used to run a dinner train, but I think that's been gone for a few years, too:

If you look closely, one of the last pictures in the post 2000 album, from Colorado, has a glimpse of a former NWP chop-nose SD9.

Yeah, the Cape Charles->Little Creek float hasn't run in several years.  The NSHS had a shindig up there a few years ago.

It's very cool! I love those older tank cars in the "modern" era.
