That's an RDA Easton Mill kit.  Won it on eBay.  Turns out some parts were missing so the dude gave me a full refund.  Then, @Chris333 sent me a box of castings of the same kit, so I have the power to double its size!  It's a legit Pennsylvania prototype and I may paint it white (that was common in the 50s) to replace the wooden re-purposed Midwestern-style mill that's there now.

Bu I have a ton of Colorado Midland structures to build before I get back to that...

It always surprises me when I see a kit I don't recognize.

It's a shame the good stuff always goes away, or is hard to find, anyway.

This one's been off the market for ages...probably close to 2 decades.

Keep looking on eBay.

Since it's that old, make castings of it and offer it for sale?  Maybe Shapeways?  Probably a high effort, low reward type of deal. It does look cool.

Never done casting before.  With the missing parts, I'd end up making castings of Chris' castings, and, well...

Better off finding a complete kit to start with.

Yeah, I was wondering about that too.

Breaks my damn heart too, that building would've been so useful along the NCR.

Ed,

I'll gladly share whatever I don't use.  FWIW, it was supposed to come with a little stone boiler house.  Chris provided me castings of the boiler house and it's going to serve the Smuggler silver mine on the Midland.

@towl1996 Thanks for the compliment but that sucker would cost $400 in shapeways.  @CacheJunction Might be the better source to commission that puppy!

I agree. That's an awesome HO product line up they have there. I wonder what happened to their N line? Maybe they could be "talked" into revisiting N, I guess an email needs to be sent.

Pretty sure they're out of the game.  Once upon a time they actually did do N scale (the existence of my kit seems to confirm this).
