It was my suggestion first! In fact, I've been nagging him to do this for well over 3 years! When John did up the Gallitzin depot, I asked him to do tool sheds but he said they were too small to scratch build from card stock. Luckily, that all has changed!!! I'm stoked about this.
John, how much sanding needs to happen?

The parts are soaking now.

The design of the kit is such that each individual piece can be lightly slid across fine sandpaper taped to a flat surface prior to assembly.

I am finding that on some models need some shaving with an Exacto chisel blade to remove excess wax artifacts (evidenced on one of the door backers in the pic below).  As you can see the parts are very delicate and the clearance to the grooves is very tight, nearly a light press fit, but it assemled perfectly prior to cleaning.  It should be better once cleaned properly.



Some artifact cleaning around the window trim recesses and other trim recesses, and arount the trim pieces themselves may be necessary- all very minor. 

I am struggling on deciding to paint the parts prior to assembly. Assembly instructions are forthcoming before it is available for purchase.

I would paint before assembly.  Looks like there's some potential for wall bowing...  What's the word on window mullions?

Yes the walls are slightly bowed but the addition of the trim and the roof makes them perfectly straight when assembled.

Windows will be sent separately to customers when I have a batch in hand.  The window sash design is complete- just have to send out a fret to PPD and collect enough funds for the initial investment.  I may need to design some additional etchings for other projects first to realize a benefit in the fret.  The kit is still unavailable and it will be for sale when I have etchings in hand.

I read somewhere that Lego bricks can be used to support the insides of these models. Might be something to think about if there is bowing.

I would think there would be a lot of options that aren't as obtrusive as Lego bricks to help brace the structure, if need be?

I did not include a floor or any stiffening ribs purposely because the model can be made with the doors open, so if it is a straight shed, an easy styrene foundation can be made, if one wants the rails to extend into the shed, that can be done as well.

You can see below the model is perfectly straight once assembled.  This isn't glued either.
