Cody, I've been looking for some windows that size for a machine shop I plan to add to my layout after the rebuild is done.Do you by chance have the part number for them?

Had a bit of an unofficial "operating session" today, the first time the layout has really been truly put through its paces. We had 8-10 trains moving over the layout from about 11:30am until after 5pm, including a couple of locals and manned helper sets, and while a few gremlins reared their ugly heads, I think that overall it was a success and fun was had by all.

It's great to see how this is shaping up!  What a difference the sky boards and fascia makes -- even at this early stage, you've got a landmark layout to be sure!

The Grandt Line part number is 8002  " 8'x16' Window 40 Pane ".
One package contains 8 windows. If need be, I have one unopened package still in my stash.

It was the product of the robber-barons, with Jay Gould one of two known people who signed New Jersey Southern Railroad stock certificates. It later became the CNJ's "Southern Division".
I've hiked a part of the abandoned former NJSRR trackage in Atsion, NJ.

It may not have been that railroad, but I think it was on some small shortline in NJ's two stall engine house. I'll look for the mag this weekend when I get back to my parent's house and see if I can find it
