I picked up and interchanged out this guy a couple days ago on the Maryland and Delaware RR. It was spotted at one of our lesser served industries. Interestingly enough for me, this industry was also where I had my first Rock Island car a few years ago.

Found remnants of a Maryland and Pennsylvania boxcar.  It's #360.  I noticed it while making a delivery to a scrap customer that I have.  I never noticed it before, so not sure if it is recent or if it's been there and they are actually using it for something.  I will have to remember to look next month when I go back.

I was just going through my photos and realized that the very first ACS-64 that I ever saw in person (last December) was the same one that was destroyed a few weeks ago in the Amtrak accident in Philadelphia.

   Note that the Pillsbury car is an "Export" 4650 car,not exactly the
  same as the IMRC  Canadian 4550 cars,but close.
   like the B&O Bay Window,thought the Varney Bay Window was close
   to something,but thought it was L&N.
   will restore the Varney car to B&O,but is that scheme an actual in service
   scheme used by B&O ?

I spotted my fourth Norfolk Southern heritage unit this morning on the commute into work.  Parked on Amtrak's Northeast Corridor in Elkton, Maryland was NS Train 64V (loaded oil train destined for Reybold, Delaware) with two units, the second being NS 1074, the Lackawanna unit.

So, I've now caught four heritage units (Central of Georgia, Penn Central, Illinois Terminal, and Lackawanna).  Not bad for a guy who practically never goes railfanning and has made zero effort to catch heritage units.
