Wow, must be nice when you can just throw the cars on the back of a freight to move them. BART's 5'6" broad gauge makes that kind of difficult for us in the Bay Area.

I hope the salesman that talked the district into using broad gauge got the salesman on the century award. It was such a stupid choice, and it means that now that they're trying to replace the fleet, they have to get an entirely custom solution. More flexibility in design I guess, but very expensive.
