The secret is to find the actual photo URL, which can be done in FireFox with the "View Page Source" command, and a lot of digging to find the right file.  In this case, I found the URL, and entering it in the address line brought up the picture.  I have no idea what Flickr's policy is on direct linking, though, so I won't post the picture.

In the lower right corner there is a icon that looks like a arrow pointing down at a horizontal line. Click it and select "view all sizes".

On the page that link opens right click on the image and select "view image"

This URL which ends in .Jpg is the one to paste between the image tags... (note, not all Flickr images allow this. It depends on the contributor)

Thank you.  Actually, one of our graphic designers, Michael put that one together.  This area of our business has grown to the point there are three of us designing artwork for mid month.  We have some really cool stuff on the say.
