Thought I remember paying around $250 for a 100 pack from MBK, but it was a while ago...

Chris, that's a 25 pack. The 100 pack is $359 AFTER discount.

Box I had was about 6x12x30 inches. Don't think it was 25, that wouldn't have lasted that long. Guess the price per stick is up one dollar.

Paul,

Any word on when we might see that container with #10's in it? Still waiting to finish my main line.

Thanks

Jeff

I didn't think they took advanced reservations or preorders.

As frustrating as it is for those with immediate need, the rest of us have to think that a heavy demand for C55 track is a good thing, and means the hobby is most likely fairly healthy and rebounding from the recession.

I recall the Sam Posey book just before the recession, and Walther's said they sold 29 miles of Atlas HO C80 track the year before.  Hard to image, but I figured that was like 1500 new 4 x 8 HO layouts (although probably much was sold to veteran modelers expanding layouts, but not using C83, Shinohara, etc., so it was probably a third to half that.

I am trying to get an answer for you.  The samples that we got before the last shipment didn't pass our QC check, so were not included in the container.   I am hopeful they will make the next container, but as soon as I know I will post something.
