Need a source for polastic clips cheap!

I need about 100 clips like this:

They need to be long enough to support 4 LED tape lights with wiring inside the clip.

Need them cheap!

Personally I'm not a fan of duct (or even gaffer's) tape. Those are sticky solutions.   :D  I'm not a true red-blooded American male.  :oops:
