Enough to sell 10,000 of them?  :o

Easy-peasy, all ya gotta do is sell one hundred 100-packs...  Math is fun!   :D

Gotta get the well cars to market first and recoup some of the investment. No X65 this year.

Thanks for the update!  I have quite a few projects to work on until the Valley X65's arrive.

At $2,500 per 100-pack, that seems like a tough sell!  ;)

Built by Pullman-Standard in Worcester, MA (a.k.a Woostah).

Right, Woarsesster where the snow and ice was the worst and kept me and GF in Ipswich.   There was a truck overturned on the MASSpike and collisions on Route 2 and Route 9, so the principal roads West were a mess.

Oh well, we will go Sunday, instead.  It is supposed to be better then.  We are heading back to Washington Monday, where there is supposed to be weather in the AM, but it should be blown out to sea by the time that we get back.  Massachusetts is due for more weather Tuesday.   Sometimes it does make you wonder about this global warming thing.

Sorry; we "been there, done that"..............
Model railroading isn't saving my life, but it's providing me moments of joy not normally associated with my current situation..... Train are good!

One more pic of the N scale version of the FL9 — the diecast chassis.

Also, awesome painted samples of the revised HO body, along with the announcement of the 8600s.

Brian,

How close are those New Haven coaches to the Boston and Maine and Maine Central order of 1947?

Pretty certain the 8600s are unique to the New Haven and its predecessors.

Does IM have test shots/samples of their SD40-2's there? I'm curious how they look.

I just clicked on this topic to post very same question !  I have CSX dark future ordered from first run announced, was supposed to be a birthday present to myself, and that was Halloween....

Posted on RMC's Facebook page: 156 pictures from Amherst.  Emphasis on HO, of course, but still some nice shots.
