I can't find any announcement email but I spotted on Bowser's site a listing for more GLa hoppers coming "late summer 2015" with pre-orders due 1/16/2015.

I saw this the other day.  The PRR SK's are a must along with the Berwind cars.  The Westmoreland cars are interesting since the "return when empty to Irwin, PA" is right in my back yard.  It also states body mounted couplers, FVM wheels and roller bearing trucks.  Lets hope for the first two and not the third.  I have to believe the roller bearing trucks is a typo.  The recently released PRR CK's have metal wheels which is awesome.  All they need is body mounted 1015's.  It is nice to see them releasing the cars again.  Thanks.

Yeah, I wondered about the roller bearing trucks also.  All of the actual pictures show friction trucks, which is what I would expect for that era.

PRR began applying the circle keystone in January, 1930; before that, no keystone...

Nice to see Bowser back in the "game",  maybe they'll consider adding an N8 cabin to the lineup.

Well the website finally came back up and forwarded me to the PRRHTA site where this is what I found:

No keystone and right justified for the Pennsylvania name. Of course the picture shows left justified so I am still not 100% sure.

I wouldn't hold my breath for an N8.  As much as I would love to see them offer an N8 and would buy several, it probably won't happen.  I spoke with the Bowser rep at the Trainfest show in Milwaukee last month and asked him if Bowser would offer an N8 in N-scale.  He said probably not because they couldn't offer it in many roadnames, unlike the N5.

Thanks for the info. I didn't have much hope for the N8, but figured I'd make some noise and see what might happen. It appears the PRR made about 200 N8s and a few made it through PC and into the Conrail era. So yeah, there's not much there. Maybe one of the Shapeways guys will do something.

Well, looking through the latest Keystone Modeler, http://www.prrths.com/Keystone%20Modeler/Keystone_Modeler_PDFs/TKM%20No.%2090%20-%20Autumn%202014.pdf, I noticed Bowser is doing an N8... however, it's an HO offering.  If they do one in HO, surely they could be convinced to do an N version. Any body else what some?
