AHOY MODELERS!

I am modeling the late 60's and 70's and would like to try my hand at a few open auto racks.  My problem is that I so far it has been difficult for me to discern a "Portec" rack from a "Paragon" rack.  Can anyone head me in the right direction?

Thanks!

I took a look through what I have and I don't have anything even identifying a "Portec" rack.  Lot's of pictures showing Paragon racks.

I'd be interested in what your overall project is as I'm in the process of getting drawings for the F89ch low-deck flat which was used a lot with the tri-level autoracks.

In your era, you'd have Whitehead & Kales and Paragon as the major open rack builders.  Portec bought Paragon mid-70s, IIRC.
