1409 Move to Cumberland

Looks like CSX train  L341 will have the flatcars carrying Ex C&O 1309 and tender to Cumberland on 7/23. This train usually gets called between midnight and 3 am, subject to crew availability. Way to early for me to get out of bed for photos of this.
