Hi All,
Big news coming out of the CRHS! Our bay window caboose, CR 21165, is almost done with our paint contractor! The black paint is still to be done, but we've come a long way! Here's a few photos:

The caboose in Enola Yard enroute to Topton, PA for paint

Wrong CFR - transportation regs are 49. So the correct reference would 49 CFR 3346 et seq.
