Anybody know where to obtain Pennsylvania MOW decals in black

  Putting together a Pennsylvania work and wreck train and I need to obtain (Black decals) for it including the Keystone herald. I am doing the cars the yellow paint scheme and some in the gray paint scheme.
 
Is there anybody out there that can tell me where I might be able to find them?

Check Microscale.

I don't think Microscale makes them.  I had some but forgot where I got them and who made them.  Though they were rub ons.

My new decals for the N6B Caboose and the H30 Hopper have that scheme now and the GRa Gondola will have it available too sometime in the not too distant future.

Micro-Scale has generic MOW decals in black & white; Roman or Gothic print.
No PRR. specific set though.

There were a set or two of PRR black decals done many years ago by Northeast Decals they are very difficult to find but they do show up now and then on Ebay.

Your next option is just print them yourself on a regular inkjet being black it should be no sweat the only problem is the font.

You could also find someone with an Alps and the font you need and have them make them for you.

You have a few options but none of them simple I wish Microscale did some prr MOW but I dont see it happening anytime soon or ever.

There are three sizes of the block PRR in black, on the MS cabin cars sheet 60-1210, but only two black PRR letters, so you might get one MOW car out of a sheet.  Not really worth using to put together a work train.
