Tichy Trains Wreck Train 3rd release...ETA?

I want to say September 2012, but I think it may have been later...Tichy Trains via Intermountain advertised a third run of the assembled wreck train:

A couple different web vendors posted a May 2013 release...just wondering if anyone knows when it will be hitting the streets? The Tichy Trains Group website looks like it hasnt been updated in ages.
