Did the "art guy" get promoted?

How can you promote the "fat cat" without promoting the "art guy"?

I remember Paul.

I think.

Too bad Atlas doesn't do passenger equipment.

But if he ever wants to do a VRE GP40, all he has to do is ask.

Way to go, Paul!  Don't forget the little scale, errr, I mean people.

Congratulations Mr. Graf!  I hope as CEO you still remember your hobbyist background.

As one Captain once told another: "Don't let them promote you. Don't let them transfer you. Don't let them do *anything* that takes you off the bridge of that ship, because while you're there... you can make a difference." - James T. Kirk

Congrads Paul!!

Does this mean atlas is going to realign it's mission to be 90% N scale?

Does anyone else remember a tongue-in- cheek thread on the old Atlas board depicting an elaborate and extravagant  view of  the "new" office spaces at Atlas headquarters?  Perhaps, if it is still available,  we should compare those images with photos of Paul's new office !

Congratulations sir.  I do believe you earned it and deserved it !!

Congratulations, Paul!!! You are the most deserving guy in the industry to achieve this high level of responsibility.  I met you in '02 at the National Train Show and you embodied that totally personable, humane, professional presence, which I respect and admire.

I love it when deserving people get promoted into high positions. It is so rare these days.

Thank you, everyone.  No, I did not marry into the position. ;-)

We've been working hard on getting the track supply issues resolved, and as that gets taken care of we'll be looking to expand our product line.  It might not go to 90% N scale though.

Paul,
congrats.  Between you, Craig, the other Craig, and now Puddy we've gotten spoiled over here.

Now as to product lines - if you just make an N scale GP40-2L/W and a Genset, you can leave EVERYTHING else on the table for Horribly Oversized for several years and we'll be content.   8)

It might not go to 90% N scale though.

Is it true that Atlas O will be offering a Proto:48 option?   ;)
