XIH Boxcars are in! Distributors have been receiving their allocations this week, and some retailers as well, so look for the cars to start appearing at the dealers over the next few days.

Current warehouse status of this release:

225104  Magor 1950 BAR SoM — sold out
225403  1969 BAR SoM billboard rptg mks — sold out
225703  Penn Central — in stock
225704  Penn Central — in stock
225803  Conrail ex-New Haven — low stock
225904  CP stacked herald — sold out
226101  CP Rail — sold out
226102  CP Rail — sold out
226403  OKEX — in stock
003001  ESM Holiday 2012 — in stock

Items sold out at the warehouse does not mean they are unattainable, but it means that all reservations have been filled and there will be no additional orders filled.  See your dealer.

The "State of Maine" scheme cars, both BAR and NH, traveled to all corners of the North American continent in the 1950s and 1960s to deliver Maine potatoes in the winter and clean paper goods in the off-season.  The 1950 Magor cars appeared early enough to have been pulled by steam power.
