If I did the X23 then someone on this forum would have to be in-charge of keeping Bryan locked up when I did a foobie.  :D

I volunteer to be Sergeant at Arms. NOW make some X23s and variants.  :D

An X23 is the first thing listed so far I'd like.  :)

Don't continue to reinforce the perception that Bryan and others don't acknowledge the need for foobies. The problem is doing only foobies, or foobies first, before prototype schemes. This is an important distinction.

And then not re-running with new roadnumbers (or runner packs) for the proto schemes.

Word.  Foobs are fine, as long as all the proto schemes are done first.

Regarding the X23 — ESM would look at the X23 before MTL would ... but personally ESM would tool the R7 reefer before tooling another esoteric boxcar, since 1) I don't have a reefer model, and 2) I can do ten proto schemes on the R7 that represent half the country as opposed to one scheme of one road on the X23, and there's no other prototype that's even close to the X23.  But you always could kitbash an R7 into an X23.

A high cupola steel caboose for the NP and SP&S. Or for that matter, the low cupola versions would be nice as well

Long list of requests so far. Out of all this the heavyweight variations peak my interest the most. Lots of applications that can expand on existing tooling:

Original non A/C roofs (with the better detail of the original RPO).
Streamstyle roofs.
Ice A/C underframes.
RPO variations with windows at one end only.
Solarium parlor car.

Glad to hear Baggage and Single Window Coaches are on the way in the future.

As far as other suggestions:

Steam era carbon black hoppers.
60' TBOX
New underframe to create an X29.
Large Trinity grain hoppers, TILX 6351's in Runner packs. Also Verasun and other energy companies.

Two of the three ESM ready-to-run injection-molded models are Pennsy prototypes.  It may be a while before a third appears.  ;)

I can wait. I'm not familiar with your other models, but if some 40s and early 50s stuff comes rolling out of your doors, my wallet will go rolling in.

Joe,

Okay, I realize that this request is probably too limited for what you seek, and I doubt I'll ever see a mass-produced N scale model.  But, I'll try anyway, since it doesn't hurt to ask.  I'm looking for the Atlantic Coast Line ("ACL") M-5 caboose, which went to the successor roads, Seaboard Coast Line ("SCL") and Seaboard System ("SBD").  Other roads, such as the Clinchfield ("CRR"), the Columbia, Newberry and Laurens Railroad ("CNL"), and the Winston-Salem Southbound Ry. ("WSS"), also owned similar cabooses.

ACL: http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=2480347
SCL: http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1641344 and http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1926212
SBD: http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1926213 and http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=616217
CRR: http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=104724
CNL: http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1434560
WSS: http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1641345

Thanks,
DFF
