The fertilizer plant is by Wabash Valley Models. It was probably produced in the '70s. I don't believe Wabash lasted beyond that, but I could be wrong. It is not likely to be laser cut, but sheet basswood and stripwood. It was a craftsman kit of that era. I can't see the $30 price. Maybe for a collector.
Now someone with actual knowledge of the specific kit can prove me wrong.
I don't recognize the other structure.
The Hometown series is of the same era. I've got the pickle plant kit. Others include Campbell (they lasted a long time), Dimi Trains, Gloor Craft (may still find some of these), John Rendall (later JV Models), McFadden Models, Period Miniatures and Muir models (probably the most prolific).
I've got some from each of the above manufacturers; I may or may not use them as the laser kits are so much better.
