Did you do something else after your last post, John? For a while this morning it was taking 10-12 seconds to turn around each click, and now it's < 1 second. I know it's not my end, I'm watching the TCP traffic on my server console.

Hmmm... TRW has been slower than ever for me today.  This is on different networks, in different locations. Other websites in the same browser don't have that problem.  Everything is slow: going to each section, pulling up a thread, or posting a reply.

We have been slammed traffic-wise due to the great posts about the NSC:  we are at the top in google for announcement searches.  However, I've contacted the host to let them know about the slow down but they assure me of no known problems.

..and of course the speed now is more reasonable...  :RUEffinKiddingMe:  As you mentioned, it might have been caused by the extra NSC NSE traffic.

I'm getting all kinds of slowness here.

I click a (railwire) link and nothing for about 30-45 seconds and then the link loads instantly. So it's not really speed. It's like it can't find where it's suppost to go  :?
