Horiz planked wall , both sides ?

In my quest to build circus wagons it would save many modeling hours if I could find a source for horiz planked walls that have the detail on both sides . I then could just add the vert supports as needed . It will be painted so real would is not a must , but it would be better . Is anything like this made ?

Not that I know of.  Would making your own from Evergreen strips be an option?  Use full length strips, glued on a metal or glass surface, to keep the back side smooth where the glue gathers, then cut the finished assemblies to length as needed.

Looks like I will do it one of a few ways , the way you described but dragging a razor saw on each strip for a grain effect and chamfering the edges prior to gluing so it leaves the plank lines , same method if wood was used . Or laminate Evergreen scribed sheets back to back .

I probably try the wood planking first , its benefit is almost zero wait time for wood and Krazy Glue to set tight .

Sure would be nice if a plastic , or wood supplier made a product like this as it would save time doing open top truck bodies or anything where the wall is viewed on both sides . Oh well .

Why not use real strip wood (like Kaplers) . They make it down to n scale  2 x 4
and it easy to work with too. At first, I thought it was nuts to work with wood this
small, but got the hang of it real fast and it look great to make wood things out of wood.

having built many circus wagons myself, I am curious what wagon(s) you are doing that need to be two-sided.  The only thing I can think of, are the canvas spool wagons, if you are modeling them unloaded.

There are many supply wagons that carried odds and ends . Very hard to get birds eye shots , but I have some . You spot some of them on a loaded train from  the asymmetrical lumpy canvas top covers . They carried planks , jacks , barrels , saw horses , etc . Some rode the rails un-tarped IIRC . I'll try to web grap a shot .
