Nice.  I have the same two roads on reserve somewhere, just don't remember where.

Yeah, I ordered one of the Golden West cars from the second run and then thought...man, wish those would come with a little bit of fade.  Got one of the BN 3-line scheme and the unmarked green car, too for a "simple BN" version.

And, for some reason I thought these were direct order only, so I paid 30% more for them, but oh well at least I'm supporting the mfg a little better that way....maybe it will spawn something else I want!   And the chance of my LHS actually ordering them was pretty slim regardless.

If "for rectal use only" was in focus then I'd be impressed.  :P

Just a question - I know some of the 14 foot door cars remained in SP paint, but am I correct in believing that ALL the two door cars ended up in GWS?

Those look very nice.  I really don't need any more foreign road boxcars, but I do like the fact that these are pretty much ready to go.  The only thing they appear to need is COTS for my time period.  The ride height appears spot on, but I would be interested in seeing how they compare to the N scale boxcar ride height gold standards: Atlas 50' ACF PD boxcars and ESM X58.  Thanks.

Last night I checked that exact thing. They compare favorably with those wrt ride height.
