Gulf Coast Swap Meet this Saturday 4/20 Milton FL

All you guys from about Mobile over toward Panama City and in between,  the Milton Depot is having a swap meet (all scales) this Saturday, April 20.  I plan to be there with lots of N scale I'm thinning out.

The action usually gets started by around 8 am or soon after.

The West Florida Railroad Museum is really an awesome place.  Open railroad equipment (cabooses and passenger cars).  An HO layout, and the largest G scale layout in the whole Southeast.  There is also a large scale operating train the can haul the kids around.

I think they are putting my table in the freight house, so look me up.  I'm really hoping N scalers show up.  So come on!  And if you want to sell something, contact Ed at  EdwardDice@aol.com

http://www.wfrm.org/

Located between Bagdad and Milton Florida on the old Pensacola & Atlantic mainline (now CSX).
Here are the GPS numbers:  30.616424,-87.038048
Enter that in google or Bing to get a map.  I'm astounded that google satellite maps is up to date.  The sat view shows three passenger cars.  We had a fourth but gave it away only one month ago!

I'd go, but my own train club is having it's open house on the same day (how they always manage that, I'll never know, it's only 40 some odd miles away though). I've already volunteered to run at it. Well that and Sunday.

Dunno if I should post more info as it's pretty much entirely HO scale (there is 1 N-scale member).

If N scale had good SD40-2s, C30-7s, U30Cs, SD45s, SD40s, and SW10s; I'd be in N scale.

It is a Wordpress site.  Had some help from another guy.  Started to go with Joomla, but for my simply site, Wordpress was enough- even though I'm not planning on blogging.

You can imagine how shocked I was when I got a 4 digit URL-- and in my favorite loco!

Would love to meet you.   Don't you live in Gulf Breeze or Navarre?

I poked around...  Asked around for you but didn't find you.  We were there when the southbound came through.

Nice little museum!  Nothing of interest to me on the tables though.
