Online article today from Forbes: http://www.forbes.com/sites/greatspeculations/2013/01/23/union-pacifics-earnings-dependent-on-pricing-power-and-operating-efficiencies/

I am greatly amused that they chose to illustrate it with a piece in a museum collection, off the roster 44 years ago, and displaying the pre-1969 corporate logo. Yes, it was obviously a public domain photo, but... really? May as well have used a steam engine.

Actually, if you look further down the page to a related article about "CSX Chugs to $28 with An Inproving Economy", they in fact do use a steam engine for the photo.

Ha! Missed that. And a Enzedder 3'6" gauge steamer, at that. Yes, they're poaching Wikipedia public domain shots to illustrate their articles. Is their online stuff being done by high school interns? Amateur hour, for sure.

Well spotted, sir!
If you are going to choose a steam locomotive you could do a whole lot worse than J1211!

Yabbut they're a bit more scarce.  There are 2 J's less than 10 km from here but I'm not sure where the nearest K is. KBs were the high point; Baker valve gear and trailing truck booster; not often found outside North America.
