@dougnelson No room for car floats on the layout, the LIRR IS calls the LiRR to move/deliver their full and empty barges. Mafia Money.

@John Thanks, I miss seeing Pete’s boats sometimes. He was a very nice man, and that is a high compliment form you, a former Sailor. Thanks for the image above and the inspiration regarding something I know little about.

Might be hard to see, but I installed the power poles into the scrap yard and strung the fine ezline. Also finished a couple more dragline buckets, one that is ready for transport after the scrapyard was done using it, seen here wiring the the trust 44 tonner to arrive before driving onto the flatcar., and a second for the aggregate yard scooping up some sand.
