N&W C628/C630 paint match

What would be the correct paint for the as delivered NW blue? I am assuming these were delivered in this blue and not the black paint job.

I've used C&O Enchantment blue and ATSF blue... both with a few drops of black added.

Yup, the C628s and C630s were delivered in blue.

One minor correction: C628s 1100-1109 were delivered in 10/65 in BLACK.

The rest of the C628s came in early 1966 in blue.
