Nice shots, currently getting the set from Lowell Smith, gonna use the BN bicentennial units to pull the train instead of the GS4.

Got the U30C and SD40-2, just need to get an SD40 to a buddy so he can bash it into an SDP40 and paint it for me.

Nice John.  Everytime I see this train I almost start crying.  I came within an arms length of being temporary assigned by the Navy to the Freedom Train.  Was beat out by someone else.  The lucky SOB!

I also got few AFT releases from him, but they were such a foobies that I decided not to get any more (until he starts coming out with the flat cars with loads). I had an email and phone exchange with him about this and he basically told me that this was the best he cold do (for several valid reasons).  If the flat cars look good, I'll buy them and will try to model the other cars myself (to make them more accurate than Lowell's).

To be honest I was quite disappointed in Lowell's models (and the price for those foobies).

Oh I got you on that...wondering how he is going to do the two showcase cars...if they are stickers like these, I'm out.

The baggage/display cars look very close, the pie car and the 2 other cars I know are foobies.
