where/how to upgrade NCE Powercab

I don't have a receipt and can't find the postcard for the mail in upgrade. Anyone have an address or phone number I could call?

Check NCE online; they have www.ncedcc.com as their website address.
I mailed my card months ago, but have not received any response.   :?
