Derailment at Bealville

I was listening to the Tehachapi dispatcher channel last night and heard some chatter about DPUs acting up on a UP manifest coming out of Caliente.  A while later that train put 5 cars on the ground in Bealville.  No injuries or hazmat involved, but they're still cleaning up this morning.   I heard speculation of a pinched MU cable, but that's not confirmed.

The line reopened early this afternoon.  Those empty well cars in the middle of a heavy manifest will get you every time:
