I posted a new topic on this subject before I temporarily lost access to this forum. Now I cannot find it.
This layout was the subject of an article in one of the magazines. It has a distinctive style I have not seen since first viewing a module at a Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN railroad show several years ago. The word that comes to mind is sparse. The fictious railroad was set in the 1930s somewhere between the Twin Cities and Rochester, MN. Moormann was a meticulous modeller. The end result was a layout that was interesting, but not overcrowded with buildings.
