How do I embed Youtube videos

Please dont throw anything at me and tell my to press the Youtube button then insert the code. Ive tried that and all I get is a link so I guess Im doing something wrong. Ive searched and searched and tried the long url the short url and nada. If someone can point me to the right direction Im sure I can done this all by myself thanks. The link to the video is below, If I find out how to this I will post a resolution thanks.

You can't use the short URLs with the YouTube button. I tried that before I posted mine in Weekend Update and got "Invalid YouTube link". You have to use the long URL. On the YouTube video click "Share" then the "Options" then click "Long link". That'll give you the old www.youtube.com that TRW seems to want for the YouTube button. Copy and past using the button and they'll be embedded. HTH,
