Nice!! These will be available separately, correct? Me thinks I'll be converting a number of old flats to PTTX.
-Gary
P.S. I wouldn't mind a slightly deeper green on that sample: [and black ends too...

They look a little translucent but they are pre-production samples. Need a little darker paint but these will be nice loads.

Looks like i might have to go into the custom load business rather than simply doing stuff for myself. That load of 56 pipes looks mighty tempting.
I guess i'm going to be
'ing google for some proto-photos.

How much would you pay for the kit? I don't think I would pay more than $8 each.

Another
assault on Mr. Wallet by BLMA. I'm trying to resist, but these would really look spiffy on some Alan Curtis flats still lingering in boxes...

Yep, the CFNR in the 1990s always seemed to have many flatcars of the green pipes setting in the American Canyon yard east of Hwy29.
At times lots of lumber loads also.

Thanks everyone!
As noted, these are just pre-production samples for now. My hope is that prior to production, we can make the loads non-translucent and less shiny. Please note these will come PRE-ASSEMBLED - no kits of these will be offered.
Still working out pricing and production scheduling. This is a somewhat unique product as I'm sourcing the banding material separately from the factory...might be a limited run item but time will tell.
