Phil. sorry to hear about your father health, You sound a little like me trying to figure what to do with the layout, my space is 12 x 22  had most of it done then decided to do multi-deck layout with  three levels, Top level will be PRR  '56-'66 northern div., middle is Conrail Harrisburg '79 and bottom level is PRR '61-'66 A&S and Port Deposit line so  I have a place to run the GG1s

He's doing well, mostly a scare (hopefully) that puts things in perspective.

My area is roughly 10 3/4 x 18 so either G-shaped, E-shaped or something along those lines is what I've been playing with. Unfortunately, when the Irene threat came last year, I used the benchwork for shelving of stuff to get it off the floor. Everything's remained there and the benchwork hasn't sagged at all. Once I clean it up I'm sure it'll get more motivating. Right now I need to finish a crib and dresser for my latest little addition since she's outgrowing stuff, including the bassinet, quickly,

As things go, i might have my UK themed N-Trak module at 30th st. Station for National Train Day as part of the display by the New Jersey Southern. If all is well i'll be set up to do some ops. Its free to be there and it's a good day out (especially if your a N-Scaler).
