Posting my pictures (Come check them out)

I finally had some time to figure out how to post pictures. I belong to Keystone N Trak, and about 2 years ago a group of us decided to start 2 track modules that branch off of our 4 trackers on a T module.  I jumped on this because it allowed me to model more realistic desert scenes which I had been itching to do.  This is a shot of my second module, still not completely done, but the scenery is nearly complete.  I hope you enjoy and now that I know how easy it is to post pictures, there will be more.  :D

Very well done Matt. Perhaps you could share some scenery techniques with us?

Matt,
I'd be particularly interested in how you  got such a great rubber appearance on your BLMA grade crossing inserts.

All I did with the BLMA crossing was air brush it with Floquil engine black and brushed some lead pencil dust on it.  Then I hit it up with some dull coat out of the can!  The Palms are out of the box from JTT!

Those techniques resulted in very nice results .

Here's another one on the Lonely Desert Module!  A BNSF Maintainer heads to the relay box as a UP trackage rights freight heads East.

Looking from the other side to get a look at the dry river bed!

And one looking at the wind farm.  Not the 4 trackers in the back round, though happy with them, not my best work.  I am better at deserts :D  I hate making trees!
