Alright then, I need to find an HO MP36 (or, at worst, an MP40) and who makes them.

I also need (potentially) to find a custom painter who could do a difficult stripe-ridden paint job at museum-quality with limited or no decals comercially available.

Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks to any replies in advance.

Would this be a demo model for VRE? What color are the stripes?
There's a shyness found in reason
Apprehensive influence swallow away
You seem to feel abysmal take it
Then you're careful grace for sure
Kinda like the way you're breathing
Kinda like the way you keep looking away

Yes, this would be a VRE MP36 Unit I'm looking at.  Odd as it sounds, I don't have a picture uploaded, but there are no shortage of shots available online.

There is a guy named Brian who contributes on this forum who does great work.  He is in the Army currently serving overseas but does the kind of work you are looking for but mostly in N scale.  Here is his website: http://www.briansnscale.com/
