This was sent via one of the Yahoo Groups I belong to.  Car is located at the MOW faility in Perryville.



We'll have to get some photos next time we are over there.

screw the box car....  check out the baggage car and the hinged doors on the end....    classic for moving automobiles and other "end loaded" items.....

i know NYC ran these...   i am sure others did as well...

I noticed that car also.  Could also be an old PRR car.  they had a scenery car and a horse car with end doors.

Last I heard of the cars from Lancaster,they were at Strasburg being used as storage,and have been repainted grey.

Correct.  The PC baggage cars from Lancaster are at Strasburg now.
