Are those old budds?
I finally settled on a place of higher education. The dorms are conveniently located 1 mile from North Bennington VT, where Vermont Railway and Pan Am interchange.

Yes, it is a VTR unit.. I believe the original CN red/orange was painted over with a brown, while the zebra striping remains. Ultimately it will get paint like its sister 310.
