Best Place for Train Watching in Balto?

Here is what I'm looking for:

1.  Safe place (if possible).
2.  Lots of slow moving traffic (for good photos).  Or, nice public access to a yard.
3.  Nice Baltimore skyline visible.

Would this place work?

E fort avenue is good for photographing whatever is in the yard .. but hardly anything moves ..

you are better off over at the old Penn Mary yard

You can't really see much there Tom.

If you come to Timonium Solo on Saturday, I'll be going around to some spots with Russ and my friend Ben, I can show you some good possibilities.

Ooh, if y'all don't mind some extra company, I'd like to tag along.  I'd wouldn't mind a guided tour of some of the railfanning hotspots around Baltimore.  I gotta remember to throw my camera in the car.
