Love the mural and want.... but can I live with the difference?

Thats not an ACF 4650 is it?

Joe, I do love how subtle the second side is and I think you've nailed the mural.

While I am a so called "rivet counter" (whatever that is  ???)  I to would find it hard to look over the different car types..

It is a interesting contemporary car though.

It would have been smart to just use another car number I guess.   But, I still think it's pretty cool and I just placed my order.    ;)

Based on last month's BN hopper, I am becoming a fan of the weathered MTL cars.  No they're not perfect by any means but they're good filler.

I love it, but the fact that it's on the wrong car is too much to overlook for me.

I love the paint.... isnt that a Trinity 5161? I wish IMRC or ER did this instead.

Even though the car is wrong, the mural looks great.  I think one of these is going to have to find it's way into a Chuck-Pack.

I wonder how many would have even known it was on the wrong car if they'd not shown the photo. (yes, Mr. Rounding Error with his ORER would have informed us at some point)

I'm assuming that every piece of graffiti you guys put on your cars is not based on a photo, right?  Would this be any different?  Again, I go back to...I would have used a different underlying reporting mark/number from an ACF generic.  Dunno.

I still think it's a fun car.   Kinda like getting the forbidden guilty pleasure of buying a Halloween train set but something that is plausible.    :)

People are worried about the accuracy of a car with giant pumpkin on the side of it?  :o  I guess it's a start.

Has anyone cared to notice that the car isn't even the right color?

I suspect the car is the right color. It would appear the difference is owing to a white balance issue with the photographs.
