Very neat - but is there a reason they haven't done CSXT boxcars yet?

I had sent an email to them months ao and I was told CSX was down the list and wouldn't be too soon.

Are the offset side cars the same or similar to the three bays the DL&W owned?

They are similar to Lackawanna's 84000 series cars. The location of the pleats in the side sheets is a bit closer to the top cord and further from the ends on the DL&W cars.
